Stay here whenever possible. Free parking if you get there early enough. Rooms are Cowan and comfy. Lots of local pubs and restaurants if toy don't fancy eating in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style which is quite good if not the hottest, but that is buffet breakfasts. 7 minute walk from the tube as well.

Good price, I'm a platinum best western member so was hoping to get my room upgrade, after stepped inside my room, I was disappointed I didn't as it was dirty, damp smelling and a walk across the car park. Good location for getting into wembley where we were watching a show. £12 in cab. There was adequate parking to leave... More

Very reasonably priced considering the quality, this was a good clean hotel for a short stay while I visited friends who live nearby. It is close to the shops / pubs / restaurants in the high street. The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well in both the lobby and the room. The room (in the annex) was a... More

We stayed for 2 nights, staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was in the annexe and was small but clean, well equipped and with comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was good with a nice selection of bread, cereals, fruit etc. Location was very good being a few minutes from the bus and rail station with frequent direct links to... More

Stayed for one night, staff were very helpful. Stairs were a bit much after a long day and corridors were very narrow, car park was full so ended up parked in public car park across the road. Staff were very helpful and friendly which kept my rating on the high side. Decent breakfast and 15% less expensive than local premier... More

Stayed here for two nights in February whilst visiting family and going to see a pain specialist on harley street. All in all this was a perfect place to stay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We booked two doubles. One for me and the wife and one fire the In laws. Bedrooms were attended everyday by house keeping. Replenishing tea... More

My parents, both in their 70s, recently stayed for 3 nights during the week. They were disappointed with the small room they were given but could have coped with that if it wasn't for 2 bigger issues. They were freezing cold for the majority of the time they were there and both went home feeling ill due to this. They... More

The hotel is in a broad side street off Station road, and is ok to look at. The receptionist greeted me very pleasantly and was very helpful. There are no lifts as there are only 2 floors, and the stairs and passages are very narrow. The room was very large and the TV a modern one. The bathroom was ok... More
