Just like a lot of other complaints, the front desk response is terrible and the general environment is not welcoming. Female staff that don't care about customers or their jobs, the hotel is tired and shabby. There is nothing I can tell you about this hotel that is positive. Don't stay there if you have any sense, I'm never going... More

I have stayed here for a few weeks and it is a good clean hotel. The room do look a bit dated, but are comfortable and quiet. I find the quality of food very good although after staying a while I would like more variety. The Thai night they have on Tuesday and Saturdays is excellent, a must to sample.... More

We stayed for 5 nights. The room size was OK, it was well cleaned, but it did not have air conditioning or a fridge in the recent very hot weather. Booking.com did not give an adequate description to make this clear to us when booking. It was also exceptionally noisy from the traffic on the road outside going all through... More

Dear Paul B Thank you for your tripadviser comment. Good to receive them. I can see that your wife made the reservation on booking.com, I was a little concerned reading your comment about in adequate description on booking.com as I know I am a great believer in giving full facts for the guest to make their own selection of room.... I stayed here for four days for business trip. On arrival the receptionist was very nice and efficient, the carpet is very old and dated the stair case creaked and groaned. The room very old fashioned with a bug back old tv that had freeview that kept going on and off. The bedspread had a huge cigarette burn in and... More

Stayed in HH for two weeks going to center London each day. Check-in was friendly. I stayed in the separate building, room 262. The room was clean and had lots of space, nice size desk so I could work late. Staff was friendly. The train station is 5 minutes walk and there are express trains going to Baker Street, so... More

Good, friendly check-in experience - after I had found the place, my sat-nav took me to a location approx 1 mile from the hotel, had to phone the hotel and check the postcode, I was given another postcode (can't remember what postcode) which took me directly to the hotel. Checked the postcode after on Google maps and it appears to... More

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and can really have no complaints. Staff are excellent and hotel is ideally situated for Harrow on the Hill tube station. Can't comment on therestaurant as I have never eaten there due to the plethora of nearby places.

We had a project locally, there's an event at Wembley Stadium, everywhere was fully booked and this is what was left. Decent Hotel but the Management is unscrupulous We stay there twice and everything was ok. On the third occasion our Reservation was cancelled because someone offered a higher price. We asked what alternate option we have but only to... More

Thank you for your comment. Please accept my apologies but I am a little confused, if you had a booking with an agreed rate we would honour the room and the rate and not cancel your booking. One month ago my receptionist put a rate on booking.com at £15.00 for an executive room. A sharp eyed guest spotted it and... More

I stayed here as I had a wedding to go to locally. I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but when I went there I had a good stay. I was greeted politely, shown where my room was and the staff were polite. Room was adequate and comfortable with all basic amenities. I would stay there again, it's local to... More
