4 night stay in July with work and cannot say enough how much I loved this hotel... It's quirky it's a bit kooky but the people really care. I was really looked after and room 2 is great! I would stay again no problem and I look forward to it! Perfect for the price

We stayed here for one night while going to a concert at wembley. The hotel is a great place to stay in a lovely part of London. We found our room a good size, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was clean, tidy and a nice size with clean... More

Maybe it was just my room but.... The room was cold and small. The bathroom was so small that, in fact, it was just a toilet and a sink. The shower was actually in the corner of the bedroom. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not that keen on my other half watching me wash myself. I did shave in... More

Me and my husband went to London to visit our daughter. When we first arrived it was very confusing as to which door we should use as there was not an obvious reception. When we realised we were in the right place the man that was there was not very welcoming and did not introduce himself. We gave our surname... More

The room was very small and poorly lit.The bathroom sloped to one side with loose tiles on the floor and a window that didnt shut properly and couldnt be locked. At night the noise from the restaurant situated underneath kept you awake into the early hours as did other guest every time they came up the wooden stairs.Breakfast was only continental... Stayed there recently while visiting my brother but won't be returning. Upon arrival, there was no one there to book me in, eventually managed to find one of the chefs from the restaurant. Not even sure if there is a reception. The room was very cramped, the bathroom even more cramped. The room was right in the roof so half... More

Booked two double rooms online for special occasion. Only given small double and single room. Offered discount but rooms poor and partner did not sleep. She cried all night. Excellent location and great access for Wembley. Great continental breakfast and staff super but won't stay again as not given what asked for...

Stayed over for a concert at Wembley, location great, harrow on the hill lovely. We walked to Wembley no problem and took a taxi back for £10, although had to barter as they took the long route back. hotel average, but we had the small rooms at the top, the bed was only a small double. Booked for a concert stop over. The hotel is in a very nice part of London, 10mins walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill tube, which is 3 stops from Wembley Park. Room was clean and tidy (Rm 3), a few stray hairs here & there, everything was provided though: shower gel, hand soap, biscuits, teas, coffee etc. TV remote didn't work and no... More

We booked to stay here as we had tickets for Robbie Williams at Wembley. Great little place in a lovely picturesque area of London. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortanle. We would definitely stay here again.
