Stayed for a couple of days to do some sightseeing, the hotel was up to the normal high standard, clean and comfy rooms, excellent staff. The attached pub was not so good, again friendly staff, but the entry (direct from the A40) to the hotel, which takes you past the pub is not welcoming. You drive through a litter strewn... More

I was on a one week sight seeing trip to London. We stayed in this hotel, because the price was affordable and the distance to the next tube station "Perivale" (Zone 4) short (walking distance). All the hotel's staff members were very friendly. The double bed room (#17) has a window to the street A40. This wasn't a problem. We... More

As always, a spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom at a very fair price. - The adjoining bar/restaurant? - Not worth the effort. Whoever and at whatever level within the Whitbread organisation, believes that this standard is acceptable, deserves to be found an alternative position. (Incidentally, I didn't eat there, I refer to the almost derelict appearance that was evident on... More

I had a night here whilst seeing a concert near the Westfield Centre and then the following day watching the tennis at Queens. The hotel convenient is a very convenient location for both. This is a fairly small Premier Inn on two floors. My room -31, on the first floor backed on to the busy A40 but the double glazing... More

We stayed in room 2 which was clean, comfortable, spacious and well lit. The heating/air conditioning worked well and we were able to control the temperature. It is on the side away from the A40 so there is no traffic noise at all. This is a disabled room although neither my husband nor I need this facility. Surprisingly it was... More

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and how big the room was however I still think it was quite expensive for a Premier Inn which are supposed to be a budget hotel. As for the restaurant next door, although we didn't eat there we did have a drink and it was lovely to sit outside and... More

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Charles is a particularly special person and it was a privilege to meet him. The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet with parking. It is located near the tube station and bus stops. Very convenient location.

Good accessibility for central London with the Perivale Central Line station only ten minutes walk away. Very clean and comfortable with first-rate staff. Very noisy with the window open due to the proximity of the A40 road, fine with the window closed.
