My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleased stay. We got upgraded without asking and the room, bathroom was big enough for two and clean, with a beautiful view to the backyard. Breakfast was delicious, thanks

This hotel has a new team, and over the 2 weeks we spent at the hotel there has been large improvment. The staff have improved with (weak poeple removed) smiling and stopping to have a quick chat. Breakfast good at weekend, however during week still weak with some dishes running out and not been replaced. Room (34) many stairs up... More

Came here for afternoon on a lovely September afternoon. It was quite busy with lots of parties of ladies having tea and a few couples. We had the champagne afternoon tea which consisted of sandwiches, scones and pastries. The staff were helpful and polite. The tea itself although it looked pretty and was well presented was actually very disappointing. The... More

I attended a two day business meeting in September. The hotel details sent through prior to the meeting built this up to be a great "luxury" experience. Unfortunately it fell short of the mark. On the plus side: Helpful, polite and efficient staff Main reception areas are inviting and well finished Bed was very comfortable Room was clean and tidy... More

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and the package included a three course meal and breakfast. We had taken advantage of a living social deal so had only paid £170 approx for one night. The hotel looked lovely as we drove up to it and the grounds and public areas were lovely. We were in the main house but... More

We stayed here for one night as we were visiting london. location is great set in extensive grounds, you feel like you are out in the countryside, but it is only a five min drive to stanmore tube station so ideal for trips into london. The manor itself is very nice and furnished beautifully .Our room was facing out towards... More

I stayed here with some work colleagues mid week. The hotel is furnished well (you don't have to be a Laura Ashley fan to appreciate it) and the evening meal was great. We didn't get the chance to explore the grounds but the small terrace area had some great views of London across the valley. Service was very efficient. The... More

Our wedding was a dream day, perfect in very way. The hotel has wonderful welcoming staff who valued not only ourselves but all our guests. Service was impeccable. Attention to detail mind blowing. We also stayed two nights which were amazing. Totally 100% recommended. Paul and Lorraine

Stayed at the Laura Ashley on Saturday 29th August as we were attending a party in Northwood. From the time we arrived we at check in until the time we departed on the 30th we were treated by the staff like valued guests. Our deluxe double room and bathroom certainly had the wow factor. The Laura Ashley furnishing were stylish... More
