I can honestly say that this place was the cleanest, most exciting hotel we've ever stayed at. Clean is important to me so very highly rated. Bathroom was just sparkling. Kids just went mad at being able to see the animals just a fantastic idea and we all loved it so much. Oh and breakfast is awesome.

I wasn't wowed... For 250 or so a night I would expect a wow.... Not a travel lodge room with a side bit for the kids.... The "four poster bed" is not four poster it has four like bed legs screwed to the cealing with a bit of canvas tacked to drap over.... The bed is a small double on... More

My husband and I visited the Safari Hotel with our 3 sons 7, 5 and a 3 month old baby, we have visited before and were disappointed on this visit. The staff as always were helpful and attentive. The styling and location of the hotel are fantastic. The animal encounters in the hotel are great and the boys enjoyed the... More

If you want to enjoy a theme park in full, a stay at the Safari hotel is a must. If you buy the como tickets and accommodation it can be good value for money. The hotel is modern, clean, kid friendly and a high enough quality for adults to enjoy, too. The evening food is good quality and breakfast whilst... More

This is our first and definitely not our last stay in this hotel. We booked a wanyama room over looking the safari and it was just amazing, The hotel was very clean and tidy and the restaurants great and value for money. Siting outside the bar overlooking the safari you could transport yourself anywhere. My daughter had an amazing time,... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. We were quite impressed with the friendly welcome and the hotel lobby is quite stunning and inviting. We liked our room, we booked a standard family room which had a double bed and bunk beds which my children were thrilled about and our bedroom overlooked the animal reserve. In the... More

Nice themed hotel. Plenty of animal decoration around the lobby, restaurant and outside areas. Very clean and tidy looking. Staff friendly and helpfull. We had a family room which had a seperate area for our son to sleep in, with his own smart tv with games. Room was very clean and modern, and we went for a view of the... More

We (a family of four - 2 adults/2children) stayed at The Safari Hotel at Chessington for one night on the 12th of August 2014. We stayed in a standard room, which was on the first floor overlooking the carpark. The room was spotlessly clean & the bath & shower were amazing! The fact that the kids had their own sleeping... A thoroughly modern hotel with well designed family rooms and a charming "African Safari" theme throughout. The room my wife, daughter and I stayed in had a separate children's sleeping area with two single beds and its own smart HD TV. The room was well decorated, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was of good quality, with a... More

Had a fabulous time there, was upgraded to superior room due to a mix up in booking. Room immaculate with freebies for the children and a view of the safari. Children entertainment in the evening and a walk to the garden was great. Pre booking at the restaurant recommended as it is very popular. cannot fault anything (except price but... More
