Stayed for one night as a 10th birthday treat for my eldest son. We booked a family room with views over Wanyama reserve and it was fantastic. Lovely room, really professional and friendly staff. Summed up by our son whilst walking back to the car, who said "I don't want to leave - it's been my favourite holiday ever!". We're... More

Stayed in a savanna view room for a night this friday with a two day ticket for the park. Also booked the giraffe feed for the children. The children loved there sleeping area just off from ours. I would recommend the giraffe feed just from seeing the children's faces when the giraffes arrived to be feed. The breakfast was good... More

This is a 4 star rating, purely and simply because it is a 4 star hotel. It does what it says on the tin, and doesn't disappoint. We stayed whilst building work is continuing for the new Azteca Hotel is ongoing. We were aware of it, but it didn't intrude. The rooms were good, plenty of space, and we had... More

When I visited the hotel in late April, I was more than surprised at its quality. After staying in hotels situated in other theme parks and being fairly disappointed, the Chessington Safari Hotel was a pleasant relief. The room we stayed in was on the first floor and was facing the animal enclosure, as requested (thank you!). I could find... More

We all (2 adult & 2 children) enjoyed the park and so glad there's an onsite hotel. Our second time around at this place. Hotel is very clean as usual and the bed is so comfy. Kids loves their bunk bed. Enjoyed the breakfast - good quality of food I may say. And also thank you to the Zafari restaurant... More

We stayed 3 nights here, Fri, Sat, Sun. Hotel is ideally located and we payed extra for a wyanama view which kids loved looking out over giraffes, and zebras. The early entry into park was great and also the one hour fast pass. Breakfast is bedlam between 8 and 9 but we ate at 7:30 without issue. Only downside is... More

We stayed for a couple of nights last week and had an amazing time. I would totally recommend staying at the hotel as (if booking the basic room) great value for money. You get the perks such as early entry (at the weekend) and an hour's fast pass which was a real treat to use. The only gripe I have... More
