My rooms was tiny - smallest I've ever had at any hotel, tv at an annoying angle to bed, no bath only shower. Biggest gripe was that the curtains wouldn't completely shut so I was woken with light in my eyes at 5.30am despite trying to wedge them closed with the standard lamp. No valance on bed so stains on... more

I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip. The hotel rooms are well appointed,my only gripe would be that all the rooms have showers only. Breakfast is taken in the Brasserie which is outside the hotel which is a problem if it is cold and wet!! The food at both breakfast and dinner was good. I have stayed... more

I attended a birthday part where over 40 people were served a meal that could not be faulted. It was piping hot, delicious and served by very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for everyone in the party. We were not rushed to finish our meal, time was given between courses and we were not rushed from the room when... more

As a couple we stayed at this hotel w/e 17th Jan 2009 whilst attending an indoor hockey tournament in Wolverhampton. We had a standard twin room on the ninth floor which was spotless, new, very inviting and although the view was of the motorway and land in the course of development, it offered interest! We last stayed 2 years ago... more

We first stayed here in OCt 08 for 1 night, 2 adults & 2 children Kids get sofa bed, mine are 7 & 9 so they can get away with it, if they were a couple of years older or on the big side they would have struggled. The rooms aren't massive, but they're clean, modern and there is a... more

We stayed (2 adults and 1 toddler) here just one night (Saturday) as a stopover on our way back to Surrey from Scotland. I am guessing this hotel is predominantly business orientated during the week however we were very impressed with our stay. We paid £72.00 B&B whihc seemed very reasonable for a Saturday night. Although the hotel lacked leisure... more

We stayed here in July for one night. The hotel is still quite new and definitely feels and looks that way (though there was a stain on the bed runner and a hole in the voile curtain). Our double room was a good size and the bathroom was also a good size. I especially liked the large shower cubicle (as... more

The hotel looks extremely impressive from the outside as it literally towers over the surrounding areas and the view rooms is certainly different. However, the rooms themselves leave a little to be desired especially for a new(ish) hotel. My room was very small, very very small. The TV didn't work at all and despite 3 telephone calls to reception this... more

Failed to keep my reservation - gave it to someone with a vaguely similar name without checking the company details - kept waiting for nearly 30mins till they found me a room. Bar / restaurant area on ground floor has dreadful layout. Very little room beside bar - people end up standing next to diners. Poorly stocked bar, no ambience,... more

Visited here for one night and enjoyed the stay. Newly built and in the midst of its own business complex (which included a showroom full of classic Aston Martins!), there was plenty of car-parking on arrival. Pleasant staff and a nice room albeit with shower rather than bath en-suite. The only cause of complaint related to the complex TV system... more
