We stayed at the SnowWorld hotel just one night but the experience was fine. A nicely decorated room with a double bed and a transformed couch (for our 2 girls). It was a bit crampy (we had the Comfort room) but that was fine for us. You don't go there for the hotel but for the skiing. The bed was... More

Whitney and all of the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The housekeepers keep the place very clean. Bjorn, the sous chef, and his staff made delicious meals and couldn't be more accommodating to individual needs. Even the ladies at the breakfast made waking up a pleasure. The ski staff couldn't have been more patient with our rank beginners.

The main attraction of this hotel is its close proximity to the indoor ski hall. Though it is rated as a 4-star hotel, it feels like a budget hotel, but is not priced like a budget hotel. Wood patterned plastic panels on doors and walls... Especially annoying is the glass-pane bathroom and shower which offer zero privacy. Beds are too... More

I had to stay in this hotel after my usual choice in Heerlen was fully booked. Let's start by saying that the snow facilties are fantastic and were very popular, however I was not there for pleasure bu for business and this is where the hotel starts to fail. I ordered a Junior Suite as the price was only slightly... More

We stayed here for a night after spending the day in the Snowdome. The rooms are really nice, clean and modern and very spacious! The staff are friendly, and the meat BBQ was very tasty! Can't wait to go back!

Hotel is noisy. Lack of essential things like a fridge and a coffee maker for a family hotel. It is an expensive hotel with facilities similar to a cheap motel. Food quality is bad. Options are limited. The gym is great and the indoor ski facilities are awesome. Outdoor park is great as well. Kids summer camps are good

We had to stay at a hotel for a longer period and chose the Snowworld in Landgraf. It was a very good stay for over a week in July. Friendly staff, good restaurants, nice breakfast. The activities possible at the hotel are very good and safe. Good and clean rooms. Just have to get used to toilets in a glass... More

We went skiing for an afternoon in mid summer and booked this hotel in a package deal. Nice 2-level suite ideally suited to our family. We liked the chalet style interior, we also liked the roomy balcony. Free WIFI and convenient parking is always nice. Breakfast was not included, but very good too. We didn't like the modern shower and... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in junior suite. The rooms perfectly acceptable, clean and with most facilities. Not 5 star but doesnt need to be. The hotel is clean and well laid out - and as other reviewers have said - gives an ambience of being at a ski resort. We found that pretty much all of the staff were... More

Hotel is far better than I expected. The ' Swiss' style works, it creates a good atmosphere. Although also serving as the largest indoor ski resort in Europe, we just used the hotel facilities, which are good. There are a couple of restaurants and bars, plenty of guests, the food is good, personnel very service minded. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms... More
