Hotel is noisy. Lack of essential things like a fridge and a coffee maker for a family hotel. It is an expensive hotel with facilities similar to a cheap motel. Food quality is bad. Options are limited. The gym is great and the indoor ski facilities are awesome. Outdoor park is great as well. Kids summer camps are good

We had to stay at a hotel for a longer period and chose the Snowworld in Landgraf. It was a very good stay for over a week in July. Friendly staff, good restaurants, nice breakfast. The activities possible at the hotel are very good and safe. Good and clean rooms. Just have to get used to toilets in a glass... More

We went skiing for an afternoon in mid summer and booked this hotel in a package deal. Nice 2-level suite ideally suited to our family. We liked the chalet style interior, we also liked the roomy balcony. Free WIFI and convenient parking is always nice. Breakfast was not included, but very good too. We didn't like the modern shower and... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in junior suite. The rooms perfectly acceptable, clean and with most facilities. Not 5 star but doesnt need to be. The hotel is clean and well laid out - and as other reviewers have said - gives an ambience of being at a ski resort. We found that pretty much all of the staff were... More

Hotel is far better than I expected. The ' Swiss' style works, it creates a good atmosphere. Although also serving as the largest indoor ski resort in Europe, we just used the hotel facilities, which are good. There are a couple of restaurants and bars, plenty of guests, the food is good, personnel very service minded. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms... More

It's great to have this hotel for the indoor skiing. We felt like we were on a mini skiing break staying here. The ambiance is great. The room was fine, comfortable (but small) beds, nicely equipped, no complaints. Check-in was sloppy though - receptionist was a bit cold and unfriendly, plus she didn't give us all the arrival information at... More

I only found out about this place a few weeks ago and went over half term. I took 2 teenaged who I am taking skiing for the first time at Christmas. We have been on the dry ski slopes in the uk and decided to try real snow. This place was great for this, one had a 2 hour boarding... More

I booked this hotel for our travelling group on last minute. When arriving to hotel we felt like stepping in to Star Trek Holodeck. We were expecting another normal, boring hotel on the way, but boy were we surprised!!! When arriving to hotel, first we saw was 500m long downhill skiing centre, full of snow. And we arrived in september.... More

We had a party in Landgraaf and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. We paid €100,- which did not include breakfast and we even had to pay extra for parking. Since the location, service and room are nothing special I have to label this hotel as overpriced.

Slope is excellent for all abilities, regardless of other reviews on here of it being 'too steep', its no steeper than any UK dome. park is well maintained with a mix of ride on and side hit features. The fact that your 8hr pass 'stops' if you go for food/drinksFood and drink are excellent (try the Heineken ice) with lots... More
