Stayed here a few times now on business. Perfect location for Chiasso as in the town centre and minutes from the Italian border and lake como. Rooms are pretty basic but it's always clean, staff are friendly and the food on the onsite restaurants is really good. Breakfast buffet has loads of choice too. Nice out door bar area too... More

This place is ok. It's good value for money and fine to stay at for a night or two. It's clean and tidy. The food is adequate in the restaurant with a good menu. The staff are helpful and friendly. I've stayed a few times and use it as a stoping point when in the area.

Hotel room and bathroom are quite dated but clean and comfortable. I agree with some of the other reviewers that it is quite expensive. The food at the restaurant downstairs was good, we had dinner. Buffet breakfast selection was good but a bit pricey.

I booked a double superior room for one night and all I got it was a large room but nothing especial.TV screen small, room decoration awful but just a confy bed.I found it extremely expensive for what you get.

Standard business hotel, very clean, offers a good continental breakfast. Professional and careful staff, the hotel has a very small fitness room, just for some morning exercise. Really close to the railway station, wi-fi is available, but on payment.

The rooms here are tiny - really tiny. The reception area cannot accomodate more than 3 persons and the elevator cannot accomodate more than 3 persons - if you have luggage you go one by one. The bathroom location is really inconvenient - in fact I have never seen a worse room design. The beds however were good

Very comfortable rooms, cordial staff and nice service. It is good for both short and long stay. The Wi fi is 1 hour free in lobby only..So you have to bring your laptop all the way from your room for short emails....

Modest rooms near the train station, Restaurant was lovely and perhaps a more romantic choice in Chiasso might not be found but extremely overpriced. Even though the service was good, the food was mediocore.. A salad appeared to be offered as a side dish option for 2.50 Swiss francs with our prime rib but we were charged $9.50 for each... More

All in all convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The food was good and the staff helpful. I have stayed there a few times and it is better then anything else on offer in Chiasso. The corner rooms with a view of the square are good if you can book one in advance.
