We stayed here for a week in august with our six year old son choosing it as a base for exploring the jungfray region. Its setting is superb with excellent travelling links and walking routes. The hotel itself is really not suited to young families the food was awful hardly anything to eat and certainly nothing that six year olds... more

We stayed here the first and last nights of our holiday, separated by a week during which we walked around the Jungfrau area. Wilderswil is a valley location and lacked the glamour of Murren, Wengen or even Grindelwald so I wouldn't advise it as the only place to stay on a holiday but as a valley base close to Interlaken... more

Nice Swiss Hotel located in a nice small, beautiful village. The room was good size, decoration was old, had nice balcony. Duvet comforter and pillow super comfortable. Fondue at the restaurant was excellent and affordable. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and willing to answer our questions. The rooms were well above average (although some people may feel a little small). The service was faultless - even had our beds 'turned down' each evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel - in fact we'll be staying there for some skiing this winter as we enjoyed it... more
