My husband, myself, my friend and her husband stayed for one week all inclusive. The hotel was spotless. The service from all the staff was excellent, they were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very good as was the food. Overall we would all highly recommend the Bernat II and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel recently for the Barcelona Ironman 70:3 Excellent for this event. Good food at breakfast and an ample €12 dinner buffet. Breakfast was served from 4:30am on race morning. They even supplied porridge when I asked for it. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Across the road one minute away there is a great... More

First impressions count. We parked the hire car outside the hotel and got out to to be faced with graffiti on the other side of the street, and a pile of dog excrement on the pavement nex to the car. Check in was efficient, although we did have remind them we were half board not B&B. Our room was tiny... More

A lovely hotel close to all amenities. Stayed for 3 days b&b which catered for every taste. Lunch or evening meal for 12 euros including a drink which was very tasty and reasonably priced for what was available. Staff very helpful, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels if requested. All in all a very enjoyable stay and will definitely... More

Have just returned home after a 5 night stay with the family in hotel Bernat. Overall we had an okay stay but I would not return. In short, the pros and cons: Pros: - The rooms are clean and pretty well maintained and they are cleaned well. The first room we were offered (118, I think) smelled heavily of smoke... More

We appreciate the comments made about the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the rapid reaction of our reception as a result of the situation created despite being a non-smoking hotel. As the Spa is concerned, which has whirlpool, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, sequential thermal showers and nebulized thermal showers, for a better organization and a better enjoyment of... More

We stayed over Christmas. DO NOT STAY IN CALELLA AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. Everywhere was shut. Very depressing. Luckily we had booked half board as nearly all restaurants were closed. The hotel itself was fine apart from cold/lukewarm food every meal.

Me and the hubby stayed at the 4* hotel Bernatt II in the middle of November for 3 nights. The room was lovely, very clean, nice bathroom and the twin beds were above average size. We attended a friends birthday party at the hotel which was fantastic, the room was beautiful and the food they served was first class! The... More

The hotel is really close to the beach, and there are lots of cafes and shops nearby. The beach is amazing, by the way. However, the city centre is a 10 min walk from the hotel, and a train station (the best way to get to Barcelona is by train) is 20 min away. Quality of rooms and service is... More

We stayed 7 days with our 2 kids (3 &1 year old). Staff is very friendly, specially in the restaurant: offerinf child seat, greating both of them nicely in the morning&evening. Fixing maintenance issues were done quickly, lamp above our room entrance door were out&shower pipe were changed within 30 min. Food in the restaurant is good enough offering local... More

The best about this hotel is the location, 3 min from beach and 5 min from city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff. We've bought all inclusive holiday, I have never done it before so I thought I will try. It was a big mistake-never again. The food remained me of school quarantine. Plenty of choose, but the quality was... More
