we just got back and we booked for the olyimpic and touched lucky getting this hotel the place was very clean and most all of the staff were nice and helpful.not much on in the night but its there low season. the food was really nice and didnt run out.i would defo stay there again. more

We were told 3 days before departure we were being moved to this hotel,after reading the reviews i was dreading it!! Reception staff, excellent customer skills every query of ours was answered but then again we know how to say please and thankyou. My partner and myself were plesently suprised the rooms were clean and spacious the food was of a good standard for all inclusive and although a bit out of season found the train prices inexpensivie so plenty of places to visit suggest to the people moaning about the resort being too quiet pay the extra and go in season but... more

Sorry to call it this, alot of sickness in this hotel, my sister and nephew, got it, put it down to the anemic sausage at breakfast, rooms spacious and clean, bar staff ignorant, only one serving, although others there, food not good, roof top bar closed, shuttle bus finished, and this hotel is open allyear. more

fairly nice hotel. staff was ok. we had a laugh with some of them, but others was rude! Just got back from a weekend at the Calella Palace.... maybe the fact it was the end of the season might of had something to do with the fact that most of the staff apart from the one's in the restaurant were rude!!! the behaviour of the older bar staff was terrible, they wouldnt give you eye contact or smile... more

we are just back and enjoyed our week but rooms very noisy paper thin walls and phones rining early hours for people going home early food good plenty to choose from and alwyays hot rooms cleaned every day pools rather small and sun loungers so uncomfy for being 4 star entertainment rubbish we had a14 year old boy wi us... more
