We stayed from 24 Jan until 4th of Feb. After seeing so many bad reviews about this property after we have booked we got really scared checking in :-), however our experience are rather positive than negative. The hotel is nicely located in quiet corner of town, takes about 10 Min to get to the main street, the only downside... More

Staff were pleasant enough. No bar except the one round the pool which closed at 16:30. Dust and bits were for ever being blown into the room from outside. Windows vibrated. I just want to use the term 'Cheap and Cheerful', but it was neither. Always ate out as there was no bar. A bad advertisement for any hotelier. Just... More

Second visit to the Hesperia and as others have echoed it represents great value for money, we paid £180 for a week uincluding flights and taxi transfers, which made the hotel work out at £9 p/p/n! Staff are very friendly, location for me great, lovely views, some great restaurants and bars around in the old town and your along way... More

The hotel was at the most northern point of the Island, any further and we'd be in the sea! Wouldn't recommend the hotel for physically infirm as its a good 10 minutes trek to the shops, good restaurants and bars. It was styled traditionally as a bodega, heavily featuring dark wood which made it appear gloomy and dated. It was clean... More

The hotel has everything you need for a nice holiday. It has a nice pool, very important is the fact that there are enough sunbeds available!Nobody needs to sit on the ground! We were with two couples, together in a 3 bedroom apartment! spacious, furniture is a bit outdated but for us as young couples we don't really mind it.... More

We stayed, 2 adults & 2 kids (1& 3) in mid habitat. Hotel was located at one end of town but close to some fabulous restaurants. About 10 min walk to reach strip. The hotel was good, had free wifi in public areas, one heated pool (takes your breath away but ok once you are in), Kids play area also... More

Four of us visited the Bristol Playa in June 2011: myself (19), my sister (18) and our two friends (both 18). We were greeted well and showed to our room by friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The apartments were clean, tidy with a nice terrace and a basic cooking area including a fridge, hob, microwave and toaster. Great apartments... More

Basic Style Hotel - need a huge renovating programme. Nice for short period and not too demanding travelers; good position near city centre; pool water temperature too low to fight the freezing wind; medium range Breakfast More
