we where in room d213 and we got broke into no bars at windows but most apartments had bars on them. no concern from reception and responce from hotel rep you should have got a safe, crime is up due to low season and not many people spending money. . entertainment very poor. if you like waiting for your food... more

this hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The resteraunt is is probably better described as a canteen, food is plentiful but repetetive. Just returned from a great week at Oasis Village. Don't take any notice of neg reviews. All the staff were helpful and friendly and very hard working the restaurant and bar staff were very fast and always polite. service was slow in restruant,food was not good if you did not like the menu there was no alternative. rooms spacious enough but no a/c bedding and towels not changed often enough ,and both had seen better days poor for an all inclusive hotel .Location on outskirts of resort hardly any amenitities about just a netto supermarket ,wont be visiting... more

We stayed in the Oasis Village the last week in October 2009 and had a great time. Myself and my husband took our three teenage sons and nephew and stayed 'All Inclusive' in 2 clean and spacious one bed apartments right by the pool. We stayed at this hotel for one week and thought that a week was enough. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the rooms are large and clean but be WARNED there is no air con and can be a bit uncomfertable at night due to the heat. The staff are friendly and work very hard and all speake good... more
