We stayed for one week self catering in March 2009. I have to say that the Dunas Club was wonderfully peacefull, which is exactly what we wanted. They have a gorgeous little restaurant on the side where they serve fantastic food, I think we ended up eating 3 meals there, we would have more but we came on a budget.... more

The apartment building is looking rather 'tired' on the outside, however refurbishment appears to be taking place and not very noticeable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time we have stayed at Dunas Club, and we were aware before we travelled this time that refurbishment was taking place. An email before we travelled confirmed that the apartment originally allocated to us was not available due to the refurbishment, but they kindly gave us one which was facing the sea and had been refurbished.... more

Very noisy location ( bin men 5.30 every morning) smelly room (first room No' 126),Scruffy(second room no' 249), Work going on that Thomas cook did not mention!! Good food in the Dutch bar next door ( nice dog, Whisky) Good deals on food in harbour. more
