So you get cockroaches in the Canaries, WELL SURPRISE...they live there! Are a few bugs REALLY going to spoil a holiday? Just squish them and move on. The maids do a superb job with the time they are allocated per room, show these people some respect! If you left the room perhaps just half tidy they would have more time... more

After reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical but cannot fault the resort at all. Yes the apartments are maybe a little dated, but ours was spotless and cleaned nearly every day. They are spacious and have great terraces for you to sit out in when the kids want to stay in out of the sun for a bit.... more

When we arrived in the evening we found two large COCKROACHES in the kitchen area - I went straight to reception who just shrugged and said that it was normal!!!
