We stayed here for a week at half term with our teenage children. We had a 3 bedroom villa without interconnecting rooms and asked in advance for the pool to be heated for the whole week before we arrived. In general we loved the villa. First impression was 'wow', and it does look impressive. All appeared in good order, recently... More

First of all it wasn't awful but wasn't 5 star. It didn't represent value for money. Good - quality of food, service at breakfast and dinner, comfortable enough. Quiet location with cheap taxi or walk into resort or along the edge of the national park. Ok - hot tub could get warm after hours of charge, garden/pool guy and maid... More

Worst place! No heated pool therefore never used it. Jacuzzi is cold even having the heat switch on it takes 4 hours to become luke warm. Aircon did not work. The hot water did not work. When we complained to reception they accused us of using up all the hot water. When we complained again they said reception closes at... More

Despite a dull and overcast week our stay on this excellent facility wasn't dampened by the poor weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa itself was spacious and clean. We had breakfast every morning on site in the restaurant - service and food both good. Not sure what the Spanish is for 'Please make sure the boiled eggs... More

We had a nice week at Bahia Azul. The house was good, a lot of space, three bedrooms, a Pool and a terrasse. It was clean aswell. Got everything we needed. But its too far to centrum of Corralejo. We took taxi everytime we wanted to go downtown for a drink, eat lunch or have dinner or go to the... More

Previous reports speak of luxury and that's is what I would have liked but it was just ok for me. The accommodation was of a good standard in the round we had villa 516. We think it was probably painted reasonably recently so looked clean and tidy. Do not look closely under sinks and kitchen areas as they are rough... More

Booked this holiday through Secret Escapes and having read previous reviews wondered if it could be that good ! Absolutely no need to worry as it was everything we hoped for . The only downside was the length of time it took to get to the resort as we had to wait 45mins for the coach which dropped off at... More

Just came back from a week in the villas, celebrating my 40th birthday. Overall found the villas to be of very good standard inside, nicely appointed and clean - however although the outdoor area was well equipped, a little tired. Be careful around the swimming pool, and roof terrace - extremely slippery when wet - needs to be addressed with... More

We went as a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 toddlers) when we arrived it was about 8pm and we got shown to our villa by the security guards (all very nice) when we first walked into the villa we was all wowed by it,as it is lovely, the security then brought our bags down and told us the basic... More

As the title states this is one of the best villa's we have stayed in. However, what made it really special was the attitude of the staff. I just cannot fault the staff in any way.Nothing was too much trouble and if we had a minor problem it was fixed very quickly. If we wanted a tax it came, if... More
