Different. Novel. Spacious. Convenient. Quiet. Friendly. Handy for the SE corner of the island, need a car. Away from the crowds but easy to join them if desired. Plenty of local interest with volcanic area.

We recently stayed in Casa El Morro which was recommended by friends who are regular visitors to Lanzarote. The main accommodation is in a traditional farmhouse which has been renovated to a high standard as will evident from photographs on the website. Casa El Morro is conveniently situated, giving easy access to beautiful beaches, marinas and the vine growing areas. You can... More

Returning to Lanzarote years after our first visit, our stay at Casa el Morro was the perfect place to rest and recuperate from our busy, working lives back home. The authentic and well presented accommodation is set in grounds of black lava, with cactus, palms and panoramic views of the volcanoes all around. A chance to relax in the warm,... More

What a heavenly place Casa El Morro is. The sense of peace just overwhelms you. If you are looking for ultra mod cons, 5 star accommodation and boring sanitary white hotel rooms, forget it. Casa El Morro is personally run with loving care and a feel for the history of the house which is reflected in its Bohemian decor, totally... More

First time in casa El Morro, but i'm certainly come back here. Spend here one week. Loved everything about this place. The warm welcome, the beautifull decorated rooms, the delicious breakfast with home made yoghurt, the yoga and meditation classes, the swimmingpool and the surroundings. Made us feel at home at once. We absolutely loved the Casa el Morro. From the moment we arrived we could see that this was somewhere special, with a lot of individual touches, the owner Raquel clearly put having much love into the property over the years, and the result is eclectic & stylish.
