We stayed here for the first time in Alcudia, we got the "nuaves palmeras" which is the main building, and highly recommended one too, we didn't buy all inclusive meals here so can't rate that. however got a rental car from the airport, and the drive to Alcudia is roughly 40 min drive. friendly service throughout our visit, the hotel... We stayed here in the summer of 2014, with our children which are 2 and 6 years old. We stayed at the Princesa building. This is much less busy than in the main building (nueva palmeras) and I would recommend everyone to book a room here or at the neighbour complex (Villa Princesa)!! Very queit and nice, and just on... We had walked past the Sunwing several times as it backed onto the beautiful Alcudia beach. A smart well presented hotel , and very busy too. So we thought we'd pop in for a quick drink to see what it was like... Getting a drink was an unusual experience , queuing up at the bar in a line not too... More

As our apartment was so awful (see separate review of Mississippi 116) we came to this hotel every day. It is geared towards Scandinavians but we managed to be accepted. The food was wonderful with lots of choice, tasty and very clean. The pool scene was great with 3 lovely clean pools and not too many screaming children. If this... More

Thanks to the staff at Sunwing Alcudia Beach for a great holiday, a lot of activities for the entire family, great food, and the location fantastic. 15 min walk to the port, 30min walk to the old town. See you soon again

2nd time on this hotel (Prinsessa) and it's still one of my favourite family resorts. Nothing luxury but ok standard with nice, clean rooms, comfy beds and clean bathroom. Perfect for kids but if you are not traveling with kids stay away during peak season! Pool area is spread out, quite small and a bit overcrowded but the beach is... More

Great location by the beach. We stayed in the Princesa building. The room was nicely spacious and the sea view was great, but the cleaning of the room was the worst I have ever experienced (except for one day when I believe we had a different person cleaning, too bad that this was the last full day we had so... Stayed for 1week in Las Palmeras, about 400m east of mainbuilding. Large rooms but worn down, need renovation. Great location right on the beach, but a bit annoying to walk 400m everytime you needed something to eat or drink. Travelled with group , and hotel didn't have any rooms for us to use for meetings etc. We had many problems... More

First time on a charter trip and I must say Ving has it all figured out. Smooth airport transfers and quick check-in upon arrival. Stayed in the main building, Nuevas Palmeras. Agree with other reviewers that this is about a 3-star property, but the room was adequate and meticulously cleaned each day. The location is superb with walk-out to the... More

This is not a 4-star resort. It is a mix of different buildings in different shapes and ages, some quite far from the dining areas. We stayed in the Victoria building right on the beach, we were quite happy with our apartment. Some friends stayed in Nuevas Palmeras, they had a dirty and smelly room. The buffets meals were a...
