Pros: The gluten free food options were fantastic with lovely fresh gluten free baguettes for breakfast. The swimming pools were really nice. Cons: Too many mosquitoes in the dining hall. We found on one night the evening entertainment was totally unsuitable for children - a real shame! Location: Very close to lovely beach and nice shops. Close to Hidropark (great... More

First impressions were good,Fantastic location, nice looking hotel with great reception staff. It went down hill from there ! We were staying in a one bed apartment self catering, room basic spanish standards but not enough cutlery, cooking equipment, no kettle, no toaster,no oven. Air conditioning was bearable. This hotel should not offer self catering as 99% of the hotel... More

We stayed in April for 5 nights lovely place and very central. Found the port more expensive to eat but we walked down to our favourite place we normally go. Would definitely go back again. We were lucky as they had a boat show the weekend we were there so there was lots to see at that time of year... More

The hotel has a very nice pool area where we spent a lot of time. Rather a lot of children but it did not bother us. The location is great, just a stone throw from the beach. The room is nothing special, but clean and up to standards.

The main attraction of this hotel is its proximity to the beach - literally a two minute walk. The poolside is very nice and great for kids to splash about in. We mostly ate out in town but did have a breakfast one morning which I thought was poor value for money. Drinks at the bar were well priced. The... More

Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel staff very nice and friendly. Hotel lovely and room above average. Location excellent for the beach and shops etc. Shame about some of the other guests who were mainly German, very arrogant!! I would recommend going to alcudia all inclusive especially if you are travelling with children, most places to eat and drink... More

I visited this hotel for a Zumba weekend event and was really impressed with the cleaniless, staff and food. The evening meal was fantastic with a superb range of salads, vegetarian, fish and meat options. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers and tables. Everything very clean and the staff couldn't do enough

Why? Because they are hosting a children's camp, without any adult supervision. The location is nice enough, cleanish and the food ok for the price. But the reception and staff was not very understanding with out concerns about the screaming, running and noisy children in the hallways, pool and resting or dining area. All they said was:" a yes, we... More

2 apartments booked. Rooms clean, towels replenished daily, beds freshly made, however decor needed revamping and fixtures and fittings in desperate need if attention. Shower fixture hanging off wall for example. Pool area was inviting, however got very busy quickly. Wasn't a problem as beach was no more than a 2minute walk with an array of bars and restaurants. Clear,... More
