Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and returned this year, mainly because of it's child friendliness and convenience of location to beach, supermarkets, restaurants, etc, which makes life easier when traveling with younger kids. The resort of Alcudia has loads of bars restaurants and shops. The port area (where some of the best restaurants are) is only a 20 minute walk from this hotel and the old town (which is beautiful) is only a 25 - 30 minute walk (market there twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays).
