Stayed with my partner in September had a really nice week. The self catering appartments were ok for what you require, with a Spar shop selling everything outside the reception. This was without doubt, the best hotel in Majorca we had stayed at. After reading some of the reviews we were amazed at how much we loved the place. We were originally booked into Grupotel Alcudia Suite in Playa de Muro but the hotel became an "exclusive hotel for a foreign travel operator" and Grupotel offered to move us to this hotel 'of similar quality'. We( 2 fortys two 60s and 11 and 13 year old )have just returned from here. We were plesantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Staff very pleasant and all areas very clean. we stayed in port alcudia hotel for 2wks and really enjoyed it,the staff are lovely and linen is changed daily we had a pool view which was really nice,the rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space,a good sized bathroom abd the balcony was a great size with plenty of room for our 8yr old to play.the pool... more

four of us all retired, but very active went to this hotel.we needed to be! the lifts were broken down for three consecutive days.and nights so we had to take the stairs all 94 of them up 94 down we were on the fifth floor .the food was rubbish the steak was so tough even the steak knife would not... more
