Stayed here for a week in July 2012, hotel rooms were fine, cleaned everyday and new towels were provided everyday. Great location less than five minutes from the shops, beach and restaurants! Food wasnt bad but sometimes quite boring an repetative. Happy with my stay there.

The hotel was okey, it was cheap, food was okey, shop,bars and beach nearby. It was a bit noisy with all the English drunk parents so let their kids play alone at evnings. It could be more and longer opening at bar in evnings. Great and big breakfast menu and nice breakfast room.

positives: clean towels every day. good location. negatives, very dated interior. pool area shabby. poor food quality and servicein dining room a bit abrupt. beds very hard and uncomfortable i would visit Alcudia again as it is a lovely resort...............just would not stay at the HOTEL aLCUDIA.

The food at the hotel was good. Excellent place near the sea and shopping centers. The swimming is small and hotel not very clean.

This hotel is ok for couples, and good for families and the 'ever-young brigade', but if you are under 30 with your 2 mates looking to party, then this is not the hotel for you - in fact you really should have got off the bus back in Magaluf.
