This place isn't great at all, we had maggots in our room on the last day, we're stuck on the top floor, no air con, couldn't open balcony door as we had a 2 & 7 year old & it was unsafe & way to high up. i would avoid this place & even Alcudia. Go somewhere decent like Crete.... More

Last August I went on holiday with my family, we stayed in this hotel thinking , it was nice, but it was the opposite, The rooms were horrible and disgusting, the restaurant is so overcrowded, you have to wait for ages to grab a table. I will recommend people not to book for this hotel is so expensive its not... More

Before we went here we were looking at reviews on here and thinking 'these will just be from people that are hard to satisfy and having a good moan to put people off their holiday' we had high hopes of this place! In the brochure it looked fantastic, we liked everything about it before we booked it and we also... More

Average is how I can best describe this hotel. I will start with the feeding, I would recommend going self catering, as the restaurant is so overcrowded, with the queue spreading far beyond the entrance, that it would be less of a challenge to grab a spear and get out hunting the local wildlife. The all inclusive bar is also... More

We stayed during the Easter holidays April 14. Originally booked half board and upgraded to all inclusive on day 2. We stayed in the Leda block- which was handy since it was early season and this was the only pool bar/snack bar open. Our room was spotless, spacious, and fully equiptmfor for our family of 5. We had a fab... More

I stayed at this hotel in June 2014, we went All Inclusive. On arrival we were given a map, that wasn't that great, the hotel is more like apartment blocks than an actual hotel. Our block didn't have a pool or sun beds, the hotel advertises a "lake & river" feature, they failed to mention that its full of rubbish... More

I visited this hotel last May with my mother and grandmother... Well, when I say hotel (bearing in mind we went all-inclusive), it was more like a community of apartment blocks. We arrived in the middle of the night to find the 'hotel' almost completely in darkness. Upon checking in, we were given a not very helpful map, pointed in... More
