We stayed there half board last year and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Staff very friendly. We helped them out by moving hotels for a couple of nights and they upgraded us to a suite for the rest of the time, the suites are lovely. Food was excellent, really big choice - lovely pool and really close to the Port. We... More

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it gets better each year. The staff are very attentive in all areas and they are always on hand for anything you need. We stayed half board this time and the food was excellent as always with plenty of choices both at breakfast and dinner Would like to... More

This was our 3rd visit in 12 months. Really love it here. Staff more than polite and helpful. Great location. Views to die for. Brilliant breakfast. Disappointed that there is now a cost to use the sunbeds on the private beach. Seemed to detract from its sense of exclusivity. Still my 'happy place' though. Can't wait to return.

Very pleased with our choice of hotel in Alcudia. About 2 minute walk away from the main street so nice and quiet in an evening while still being near enough to enjoy the choice of bars and restaurants available. We had a first floor suite overlooking the marina at the side so a lovely view from the balcony. The suites... More

Just got back from a wonderful week here for my wife's 65th. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both in quality and variety. The setting is wonderful and the hotel is spotless clean. This was our 2nd visit and I hope we will go back in the future.

We spent 1 week at this hotel in September and it grew on us as the week went on. The hotel is in a great location with stunning views of the sea and Alcudia beach. It is very close to restaurants and a short taxi ride to the old town which is well worth a visit. The Ironman challenge was... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in a suite and thouroughly enjoyed it. Our room was on the ground floor and was a good size and everything was good quality. We had two lunch time meals and these were good quality and not too expensive. We also found the staff very friendly and helpful - nothing was to much trouble... More

Great hotel, great location! It’s like oasis in the Alcudia downtown! Resort with own style and character! We had one of the best holidays there. Should note about kind and professional staff. They are ready to help you anytime and anywhere. The territory is not big, green and clean. There is unique swimming pool with attractive view. All day long... More
