We vacationed on the all inclusive package with 6 adults and 5 children (ages 3 - 5) for 5 nights in October. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time because we were with friends and could have fun anywhere, but I wouldn't stay in Blau Punta Reina again. I think it should be classified as a 3... I'm just going to cut to the chase an break down the different aspect of the resort. The rooms: They were clean. Nothing special. The beds were horrible. I would compare it to sleeping on a box spring. We were in the main building for our first few days. Avoid this if possible. The AC did not work in our... More

We (wife and two kids aged 4.5 and 1.5 years old) stayed in the resort and we simply loved it. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and with a smile in the face. In the resort one has all sorts of activities available which include gym, spa and kids club, all with great quality. At night there's always the... More

This is a very good all inclusive hotel for families with kids. We enjoyed the fantastic sea view right from our balcony (worth the 10 additional euros). The food was opulent but not something special, typical all inclusive food. The evening entertainment was of very good quality. Swimming pools are large an clean. The nearest beach had lot's of sea... More

This could easily have been the best holiday ever but was bedeviled from the start. Once arriving at Palma airport we were required to find the Viajes Urbis desk for transfer to resort. This was easy to find as it was the one with the mile-long queue. Having been given our coach number we then sat in it for over... More

Visited at the beginning of October 2014 and not only did they give us an uprated room with an amazing balcony, overlooking the sea with stunning views - when I (in my haste to unpack) managed to leave my wallet with c/cards and newly drawn cash on the reception desk - they very kindly called the room, held it for... A sea view room definitely made the holiday for us and E block has the best sea views. Also it is close to the infinity pool (which is not on the resort site map) and is used mostly by adults. Consider a top floor so that you are not affected by any noise of people moving furniture on the tiled... More
