Just spent a week at Costa Portals, the room was OK the location was lovely - but what a shame - the food was awful and most guests were very disgruntled and ate out, the reception staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. This is a good place to chill-out. Located in a very hilly but quiet residential area. Not recommended for those seeking night-life or those not able to cope with walking up and down steep hills (unless you have hire car). Rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. Staff are pleasant. Fantastic relaxed Hotel. Friendly staff and lovely location although the surrounding area is a bit hilly. Lovely selection of food and well prepared. Could not fault this hotel, all the staff were very helpful. more
