The rooms are basic but clean, food was plentiful and fresh. The club Europe is a good family hotel. However for 2 senior English ladies it was a poor choice, everything built on a hillside, and not enough to do Most staff , especially older staff, were grumpy and unhelpful No one helped with suitcases up the steep hills to room.... I wasn't happy here at all: low quality, greasy cantine food. Extremely unfriendly staff - not greeting, not smiling...just not giving you the feel of being welcome... Loud (very loud) environment (animation in the main room). My first room was cold and moisture - dirty and very much in need of renovation. Luckily I was able to switch the room,... More

We stayed at this hotel in September 2013. A nice budget holiday with pleasant staff, good fresh food and lovely 3 pools. I would not advise you to go there if you are not mobile or have a problem with stairs, you might want to book elsewhere. At the booking we requested a pool view and a baby travel cot,... More

My family and I arrived the early hours of the morning to be greeted with freshly laundered towels as it had started raining and with the offer of a meal even though it was nearly 2 am which I thought was a fantastic offer. I can't speak highly enough of the staff who helped us throughout our stay with whatever... More

Just came back from a 10 days stay in this hotel. It's built and located in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a "tourist trap". Buffet meals are priced as: Breakfast for 12€, Lunch for 15€, and Dinner for staggering 19€! If you opt to go to town for a meal you have to walk for 30 mins up... More

Just returned from club Europa. Managed to get a very cheap three night stay here on half board for the price of a couple of nights in a hotel in the uk. We were looking for sun, a swimming pool and a few days of relaxation and were not expecting a luxury hotel. We got what we were expecting. The... More

This was a last minute choice as we were due to stay elsewhere, but had to change our arrangements. Chose this resort as the location and faciliies sounded reasonably good, and we were only staying for two nights. Firstly, let me say that the resort in not a good option if you find it difficult to negotiate steep slopes and... More

Went to this hotel for the 2nd time this August 2012 after visiting in October 2011. In October it was cooler in the evenings so air con wasn't really a consideration. however when we returned in August we realised that the family apartments, (2 adults plus 2 kids 7 and 6) did not have air con so the nights were...
