We have just returned from this hotel after an 11 night stay travelling with Thomson. First impressions were very good being offered a glass of Cava on arrival. It was very welcome because the transfer had been long with lots of drops and the last dropped off. Our room was on the top floor of the main building with a... More

This hotel has some of the best views, overlooking stunning coastal scenery with weather temperatures of 30 degrees every day in September. The rooms are nice and large and comfortable. This was a couples holiday, through Thomson, who are renowned for providing excellent holidays. However, this All Inclusive holiday started with a very ppor first impression. Local Thomson representatives at the... More

Firstly, we always travel with Thomson for piece of mind but after this we will certainly think twice. We couldn't possible list all the bad things about this hotel as there wouldn't be enough space. To summerise: Cleanliness of communal areas disgusting, fag butts, plastic cups and general rubbish everywhere. Bar staff very rude and couldn't care less. In the... More

So where do I start, to be fair, let's deal with the good.......and the bad! 1. Room - pretty decent in the main building room 311. Cleaned everyday to a good standard. Too itself is nice with a view of the main pool. It's right above the nightly entertainment so do go for this if you want to get to... More

It was lovely. Lovely view of both sea and pool. Room was cleaned daily with clean towels and clean bedding every second... More

Back from a fantastic 10 nights. Stayed in a bungalow, which was cleaned to a high standard every day. However, although there is no physical evidence of damp, there is definitely a smell of damp when first entering the bungalow. We rectified this by purchasing an air freshener. I understand from speaking with other guests, that the hotel are aware... More
