I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I went with family and we spent much fo our time out of the hotel in the local area. The hotel is kinda dated and needs a good revamp to make the most of it. Its nice that its right on the beach and restaurants in the close vicinty are ok.
We had...

The first impression of the hotel is not the best. The hotel needs a facelift as it is dated. One of 3 wings of the hotel was totally closed for renovations- no work was being done so it was not disturbing to hotel guests. Despite the need for updating, I highly recommend this hotel for family vacations. It has a...

Beverley playa hotel in Peguera is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.At first glance the reception appears modern and welcoming, so imagine the shock when you open the door to a room which transports you back to the 60's. The room was really dilapidated: cracks in the wall, mould/algae in the bathroom, a broken door handle which kept...

I have never checked out of a hotel before staying a night. The last thing my wife and I wanted to do was to search out another hotel while already in Spain but we walked around the resort for a half hour and made the decision to leave. We really felt that we were back in 1980 with how the...

Ideal location, right on beach, lots of bars/restaurants, lots of Germans! Hotel a bit tired, large room, bathroom like sauna as no air extractor! Staff polite & friendly. Food mediocre - used restaurant twice in evening, but soon decided to give it a miss - reminded us of school dinners! Would go to this resort again but not to this...

On the beach and few metres from shops. Nice beach promenade. Furniture dated. Food average (best on Thursdays- Spanish evening). Occupied by retired Germans mostly (90%), so no animation (loud) at all!!!
We went all inclusive from the beginning- at the hotel the cost is 18 euros per person per day. Kids pool a bit too deep- 60 cm. No...

This is the fourth time to the Beverly Playa. It’s two years since I last went and unfortunately it’s gone downhill somewhat. One German regular who has spent the last 10 winters there said that the hotel had been sold and the new owners were planning to refurbish the hotel. The main complaint she said was the quality of the...

Although the hotel is 30 some years old and it's decor seems to have stayed that way, the place is very clean. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We heard that it has just been sold and that the new owners plan to put some money into renovating it. The location is perfect - easy to find...
