Just spent a 4 day weekend break at the Waikiki Apartments in Palma Nova / Magaluf.
Like the other review read these apartments are practically in Magaluf but still close enough for a nice walk down the promenade to Palma Nova.
Our room was on the bottom floor and the walls are paper thin which means you hear everything going on outside. We were woken up by the stag/hen do's returning to the hotel and obviously you don't realise how loud you are when drunk. This didnt really bother us as we had been drinking on an evening too and fell back to sleep easy enough but I could see how this would bother older couples or familys.
When returning to the apartments on an evening we had to wait around for the security guard to return so we could get our room key. The keys however are just kept under the desk so you can go behind and get it yourself which isn't very good.
They have security boxes in the rooms and I would recommend using one (although we didnt...
