Without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and rudest manager I've ever met please do not stay here spend more and have a good time

Awful - Avoid at all costs! Noisy, full of noisy people at early hours. Room stank of urine. Bed resembled prison cell bed Room resembled a basement created by an Austrian Architecht by the name of Fritzel!

18 of us turned up in mini bus and it had been shut down! Never mind we were upgraded to 4 star hotel for free. Best bargain ever!

We have stayed at the Voronova for the last 2 years now & are returning in 2 weeks. Never had a problem with staff or the hotel in general. Food is quite basic but always edible, I must stress we stay out of season so during peak times things may be different. I`d recommend this hotel to anyone!
