Stayed here for two weeks over Easter, fantastic location with each room having a sea view. Only British guests no other Europeans to listen to which was unusual, but the staff & quality food made up for this, although we would have preferred some more local dishes. Can not commend enough the vibrant Kelly who led the Hotels entertainment, really dedicated... More

My husband and I stayed at this 4* hotel for a week in March. It caters very well for the elderly and the infirm British clients. The menu is mainly British with cottage pie, apple crumble, bread and butter pudding, rice pudding etc. There are no stairs to negotiate and there are two lifts available. In the swimming pool as well as two... More

Wife and I just a back from a week at the Son Matias Beach Hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at out of all the 4 and 5 star hotels we have used in the past. The organisation is second to none with everything catered for which results in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The whole hotel... More

This was our 4th stay at the hotel over a number of years and we both thought things were still improving, not that there is too much room for improvement! As usual spotlessly clean and we thought the food had improved a little this year and was excellent for our needs. We thought there were more tea and coffee provided... More

Just returned from another excellent holiday at Son Matias. Everything superb and to usual extremely high standard. Once again we were welcomed as old friends and nothing was too much trouble. Food was to its normal very high standard and very much enjoyed at the expense of the waist line. Now waiting for the next one.

Great if you like playing bingo, music quizzes, greyhound racing, anytime from early afternoon to approx. 9.15pm when the entertainment "proper" begins, usually a singer adequately performing the "old" songs. Not great if you like to sit in a nice lounge after your meal and quietly enjoy a coffee or cold drink, as there is nowhere else to sit" Staff... More

Thank you for spending your holidays here with us. Due to various comments in previous posts we would like to take the opportunity to clarify that the hotel does not exclusively work with the "senior" market. Although at the beginning and end of season the hotel this may make up the majority of guests, this is not the case during... More

Got back yesterday frm our first ever visit to Majorca. Chose this hotel because of its number one rating on Trip Advisor. I have since read some recent reviews that are not so good. I have to be honest and say I am not in the over 70 age bracket and I did enjoy our two weeks at the hotel.... More

This was the second visit for us and everything was just as good as the previous time. We are booked for September this year also (hopefully it will be alot warmer) We cannot fault the food and the entertainment is pretty good too. The rooms are lovely and bright with all that you need. The staff are great. What more... More
