The hotel was wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, at the reception, in the restaurant and the bars. B/fast didn't start til 8am, lunch was 1pm and dinner was 6pm. The food was plentiful, there was certainly something for everyone, a good choice at all meals. Although TV's only english channel was a version of Sky News. There is... more

We were one of many who read the reviews and were more than apprehensive about staying here, but we bit the bullet and had a really great week at the Palace. Rooms - very clean, spacious and lovely air conditioning. Only downside was no tea/coffee in room and only English channel was Sky News. Food - Wow, loadsa food !... more

The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The buffet restaurant served good food, though often so crowded that you could not get to anything! The receptionist was a middle-aged English woman and was rudest and most unhelpful receptionist we have ever come across - almost a female Basil Fawlty..!!! There was only one large lounge/bar area - which resembled... more

I have just returned from the Palma Nova Palace hotel and I must say that after reading some reviews that I was very pleasantly suprised. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area which is a short walk from the lovely beach. From the moment that you enter the hotel your are greeted at the reception with a smile... more

Good variety of food available we found out the night before we came home that they served Burgers and chips till midnight great if you... more

Just returned from the palma nova palace, and to be honest would not return, although we could not fault the staff they were very friendly and helpful. The food was not suitable for a vegetarian diet as it included a lot of meat in the dishes. The pool area is far too small and crowded in May, so I wouldn't... more

Just got back from this hotel. It is ok for people over 50. Rooms were ok, maids only made bed and replaced towels. We left empty shampoo wrappers on sink that stayed there for days were not replaced. Entertainment was terrible, one good show in the week, were they could actually sing in tune, the reps tried their hardest but... more
