Stayed here twice and it was a good experience on both stays. 5 mins walk from beach and nice restaurants. Beach near by is excellent with golden white sands. Very clean. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need. Drinks are good and food is ok. Some days better than others. I would recommend the return glass bottom boat ride to... More

Stayed Sept 2014, aged 19 We arrived about 10am, rooms weren't ready until 1 so forced to sit around wearing jeans and jumpers in the 30 degree heat, cases were just left in the reception. The desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful but there was one woman who seemed to tell everyone off all of the time... More

As is not uncommon with Spanish hotels the four stars are more like three stars. It was ok. The food was good and there was plenty of choice and that was redeeming factor in our stay. They also put on two special menus-a Mexican night and a Spanish night They were excellent The staff were usually polite but there was no... If we'd booked this as a three star, then we would of been happy. This was our 1st 4*. Unfortunately,it was our least favourite of hotels we've stayed in. It was our honeymoon and we requested something special upon arrival (bottle of something etc) We had nothing but a slightly moody receptionist. Requested a double bed,had two twins but probably more... More

I've just recently stayed here and all though the entertainment staff, food, and bar staff were fantastic. I didn't enjoy the Elvis act that was on. He berated my partner behind his back when he found out my partner was a better singer and he also didn't like it when I wouldn't shake his hand

This is an adult-only hotel with the majority of guests, aged between late thirties and late eighties. Most are also regular (All-incl) returning guests who spend their holiday within the complex. We are beach types and like to move around the resort for our entertainment each evening, so I can't comment on the daily activities or entertainment, except to say... More

Stayed at this hotel from 11-18th September. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor and had a sea view as requested thanks. The room was a good size as was the bathroom and kept clean every day, although both probably in need of some refurbishment. We found the food good with lots of choice (we were all inclusive).... Went for 7 nights 7-14 sept. First thing on arrival noticed how very clean it is. Yes it is dated but you don't really notice that. Room beautifully clean, bathroom small but serviceable. Food was the highlight for us as it was supurb, tasted home cooked. We go to loads of hotels but this one was one of the best.... More
