Dampness all over bathroom. Blood staines on the shower curtain. Room floor was sticky. Bedding had marks on it. Wardrobes had no... More

Just back from a 4 day trip! Where do I start? Dirty towels, dirty bedding, mould on pillow cases, disgusting bathroom, full of mould. About 20 sunbeds to go around. Food disgusting as were the drinks - cocktail made me violently sick from the disgusting machine. To top it off, pretty sure I've got bed bugs - which I complained... More

I recently stayed at this hotel in July 2014 with a group of friends aged 19 years, this was my second visit to Magaluf and definitely my last to staying in this hotel. Firstly, 25 sun lounges to such a large hotel is disgusting being forced to lay on the boiling hot pool tiles or go down the beach. Also... More

Was really dreading this hotel after reading the reviews but couldn't fault it at all apart from the food not being great and the pool not being very big. Staff were always friendly and helpful, flora the girl on the bar even said she was sad for us to be leaving. wouldn't hesitate to stay back here if I returned... More

18 years old, spontaneous trip with a friend to meet up with all of our other friends at another hotel, cheapest place we found. Upon arrival reception was lively seemed alright. Room had damp on the ceiling. Had a shower and dried myself with one of the hotel towels to then realise it had blood on it. Hair in the... More

The food was like hot plastic, the staff are rude and the security are just as bad. We had a sick stain on the wall which was there when we arrived. Doors don't shut properly and are very easy to pop open. The pool is tiny and for a hotel with a minimum of 1000 ppl staying at a time... More

Didn't stay here but visited the other half of our 18 strong stag party group at the pool area. They charged us 25 euros each plus 30 euro deposit for a wristband for a couple of hours. Loud and crazy pool antics which was fun to a point. DRINKS VERY BAD ON ALL INC. beers like dirty bath water.. Wine... More

Hotel was ideal for what I needed. I had organised a stag do and left the accommodation right until the last minute. Found this place, dirt cheap, all inclusive and right near the bars. Couldn't fault the place. People who take their bird here need their heads looking at. Not that kind of hotel or destination for that matter. Food... More
