very disapointed with this hotel,as it is mainly sold by a french company called FRAM, to the french,you are greeted by the spanish staff i.e receptionist. waiters in the french language,the waiters were especially rude and unhelpful,as soon as they new we were english they just kept their distance,the HEAD WAITER just stared and gave funny looks at us everytime... more
