..i.e., good in parts. Good: minutes from Palma Airport - nobody wants a long ride to get to the hotel after their flight. Bad: planes roaring overhead every few minutes - must be intrusive in Summer. Good: hotel less than 100 metres from seafront. Reception: OK. only one key to room available, not a swipe-card or card-in-the-slot 'key'. Three tiny... More

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Leo, as I think it provides good value for money and a good location, albeit in a rather dated setting. It is very convenient for the airport, close to the beach, & has a good-sized pool area. The rooms are clean & there is a much better breakfast selection than... More

This hotel is unbelievably bad and offers an unbelievably poor service. I got sceptical when being asked to pay for our one week stay by check in already. The hotel offers the charme of the 70s. Carpets on staircase and corridors where completely worn. Bathroom door and ceiling - it is hard to find the right word for these -... More

Hotel - terrible, Rooms - looks like for children, very small, leaking toilets. Food - the defective parts of the food, like pate or sausage, cut fruits at least three days, during breakfast the coffee machines, cow sit, drinks like tomato juice sour. During the dinner there is no drink - even water. Internet terribly expensive 6 Euro per night.... More

A short break at the end of the season with all family, Hotel large with small lifts, 4 people might be to many to handle! Rooms neat and tidy, Air con didn't work and the Hotel turned lights off in the corridors during the day, did hear one or two people trip up. Entertainment was poor and really suited for... More

Just returned from a 3 night break at the Roc Leo and the hotel was just what we were looking for. Yes it's a budget hotel but it did the job for us. The rooms were bright and clean, comfy beds and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was good with a nice powerful shower and towels changed daily. The... More

If your looking for a cheapish and partly cheerful hotel then the Roc Leo is ok. If you want anything more then you will be sadly dissapointed. Firstly the decor was extremely poor and dated. The staff did speak, but only when spoken to! And the breakfast was very basic to say the least along with chipped crockery! In the... More

The worst hotel we ever stayed in! It should be inspected as the food served should not be on the table, the tv didn't work snd cleaners woke us up half of the night. Rude staff did not attend to anything when called. Just horrible !

I have stayed a this hotel 5 times and have always been happy with everything and have even recommended it to others but this time felt that it needs a bit of a refurbish. Firstly all the bowls we picked up in the dining room for breakfast had chips out of them, towels we were given in the room had... More

Stayed here for one week during August school holidays.Travelled with two 80+ parents and two 14 year old girls so hard to please everyone. Have stayed in C`an Pastilla before as it is a fantastic little resort with a superb beach. However it is probably not a place for all night bars and caters for families. More Swanage than Bournemouth... More
