I would like to share my experience of this hotel. Firstly thanks to Lynne & Darcy of Broadway Travel for finding this little gem. Travelled with a party of 8 ranging from age 25 - 67 & everything in between. They say first impressions count and first impression was very good for a 3 star hotel. Very clean & modern... More

Me and my friend have just returned from a 5 day stay at Costa portals and what can we say? First of all BRUNO behind the bar really made our stay! He was a good laugh and we got to know him well over our short stay. Nothing was too much trouble when asking him for any help with places... More

I booked this hotel for my brother's stag weekend as it was advertised as an "adult only hotel". Thought this would be ideal as I was mindful of little children witnessing inevitable stag do type wayward antics, if we had stayed at a family hotel. The hotel would have been best advertised as suitable for retired couples. One evening a... More

Thank you for you review in trip advisor. We will work harder to be much better in the futur. About the best age to come, well we say in our web site and everywher that we are a relax and quiet hotel for a relax hollyday where partys are not allowed, so the age is not important but is important... Good value for money. Beautiful decor throughout hotel. Food good especially for all inclusive. Drinks good quality. Quiet position but near to amenities. Pool cold but very nice with plenty of sun loungers. Staff all very helpful and friendly, can't do enough for you. Bruno and Gabriel are an asset to the hotel. Well done Costa Portals x

Just returned from a week stay at this hotel. This was an absolute bargain holiday, which I based comments from tripadvisor to make my decision. 2 couples arrived Saturday lunchtime, from arrival to departure you could not fault the staff or hotel. Rooms very clean, everything you need, no need to take hair dryer. Food, we were all inclusive, you... More

Booked a "cheap" break for Easter on a B & B basis. Hotel very pleasant and in a lovely area near the beach and ideally situated for Palma, Magaluf and Palma Nova visits. Goodish bus service and great taxis reasonably priced. Sadly we did not have a room with a sea or pool view but were at the back of... More

Mealtimes are very adequate, buffet style with plenty of choice. The four bar/waiter staff that work there endlessly 2 women 2 men are an asset to this hotel. They were excellent and... More

Ideal hotel for peaceful week away from it all. Travelled with friend & both really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were all friendly & even though we arrived just after all inclusive option finished, at 11pm, the bar staff allowed us to order a free drink. Meals were varied & tasty. Food was always fresh & hot. Jugs of self... More
