Only returned from the playa apartments. They are a superb location apt's, are kept very clean and are maintained very well. The drive into the complex can seem a bit dirty, but this is no reflection on the building and facilities themselves (pity they are not sorted, but not sure who owns them). stayed there in 2006 with my family for two weeks. Apartments were basic and cool..My sister and I got bite marks from flies in the resort.... Pool was dirty..no lifeguard around, my young brother slipped and fell into the pool. quite frightening. Bearing in mind that its 3 star, and cheap we had a great time. Don't go if you are expecting any culture but do go if you want an easy holiday with a bit of fun thrown in. Seek out the Casa Pincho (next to the square) for a long lazy Spanish lunch for 7 Euros each. Not very good... more
