Unfortunately we did not get a seaview room and room 307 was poor with noise from upstairs toilet vented into our room. If you get offered this room refuse it. Hotel was full so we could not move. Food was good and I am a VERY fussy eater. Cleaning of rooms was poor. Entertainment poor. Sunbeds were reserved before 8... more

Stayed in the Consul with 2 children and grandparents. Hotel was in a lovely waterfront location and we had a nice view over the harbour. Check in was fairly quick. Rooms were spacious with plenty of cupboard space. Pool area was in need of some TLC and we did have to get down early to get sunbeds but early evening... more

On arrival (you do have to walk about 200 metres to get to the hotel as the bus can not drop off ouside) we had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in even though there was only 1 couple in front of us, bit annoying after travelling all day! Only other bad point is that the pool is... more

This hotel was ok. We liked the pool, and everything was always clean and tidy. The entertainment was not good nothing started untill 10'30. The food was not bad either but was the same every night. We did not think cala bona itself was up to much either pretty but boring! I think its ok if you would prefer to... more

Arrived as an independent traveller and deposited by the coach transfer at the end of the road! (No traffic in front of Hotel). The transfer did take nearly 2 hours! Check in was very prompt. Room was exceptionally clean and overlooked the Marina as per my booking request. Evening meal on first evening was extremely poor but as we didn`t... more
