Really nice week spent at the Serrano Palace with our six year old. 99% germans staying here, only met two other english speaking guests, but nearly all the staff had pretty good english. We stayed at the Serrano Palace for a week from 15th Sept. All the staff were very friendly and the room was lovely, very clean with a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area. having read all the reviews we thought this has got to be good, but no on arrival greeted by manageress very efficient and friendly. Then we found no free parking only available at ten euros per night, no tea/coffee making facilities, yep thats right a further 3 euros per day. then tried to have a shower, no water pressure plumber... more
