The only thing that spoilt this holiday for me and my partner was the repetitiveness of food and the abundance of Germans! Alot of German themed entertainment, staff understood German more than English although could still have a conversation! Rooms were modern, very clean, free wifi in the lounge (although quite slow) and could buy personal wifi (1 user at... More

The hotel was clean, staff polite (all bar one miserable waitress), entertainment was adequate (probably how the Germans enjoy it). Food was good enough but I overindulged and my trousers are a little snug. Hotel is perfectly placed for the beach which is sandy with clear waters. Centrally placed with regular buses. If you don't speak German, then you won't... More

I went on this holiday with jet2 holidays. Not once did I see a rep or receive a welcome letter of any sort. The food was cold and serving sprouts for breakfast was just wrong! The rooms are clean but my room on third floor could do with modernising. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would go again if food... More

Just had a fabulous holiday at this hotel nice rooms, polite staff, and very friendly entertainment team, food was extensive choice, and all nationalities well catered for. Hotel was 80%German, but everyone was v. friendly rooms over pool with odd numbers are in the sun most of the day, we were initially in cold room with even number, but moved... More

Stayed here for the very last week of the season just before the hotel closed and could not fault it one little bit. The location is excellent, right on the beach front with a lovely promenade that you can cycle or walk on for miles. The food was fantastic with a great choice every day and all the hotel staff... stayed at this Hotel 2012 and had good holiday, returned on the 10th of September 2013 to find the hotel now had a policy of overbooking rooms to keep it 100% booked. We arrived at 14:30 to find the hotel did not have a double room for us even though the holiday had been booked in Jan 2013. We had... More

I spent 7 nights in hotel. The location is very nice, beach very clean, white sand and clean blue sea. Bed on the beach is for 4 Euro. The room is nice. Wifi is free, but a paid a wifi in the room for 25,- Euro/stay. It was fast with no failure. As a czech citizen appreciate a czech channel... More

Stayed here last year and have just booked again. Can't wait to get there as it is a fab hotel with great food, in a great location. The rooms are very clean and the general appearance of the hotel is spotless. Hired bikes on our stay and the hotel provided security for them which they didn't have to, nothing seemed... More

What a lovely hotel - it was refurbished about 18 months ago, so everything looks very modern - including the fabulous high-pressure walk-in shower in the bathroom! The evening meals were ok but a bit repetitve, but the choices at breakfast were fantastic! The outdoor pool area is large, so there are plenty of sunbeds and there is also a... More

Overall hotel, staff and entire holiday most enjoyable. Clean, efficient management.Plentiful but a bit repetitive food - otherwise good quality. Special award to Jouri on the entertainment team for his stalwart efforts. Happy to recommend this hotel for a break in the quieter part of Cala Millor. For people who like a stroll this is an excellent resort. Would go... More
