I hated this place!! The staff were horrendous, the shower was unusable, every time you turned the taps on the pressure of the water just made the shower head rise & it went over the end of the bath!! The beds were uncomfortable there was nothing nice about this place. I had lunch in restaurant below & their was a... More

Even after 6 months, it still makes my blood boil. The Goya could really be a nice hotel but the people who run it are crap. Every room needs updating and the staff need to start being helpful. Will always go back to Millor/Bona but never to the Goya

We've been there from 8 september to 17-th this year. First day we arrived a man stood in antrance saying from his room a iphone has been stolen. Receptionist did answer that it's not a lost property office. This evening me and my wife were going for swimming, when we went out from water we didn't find a key from... More

The hotel is in a great location, close to everywhere in Cala Millor and almost on the beach itself. There's free wifi in lounge (reasonable speed). Hotel is great as a base, to have a place to sleep (uncomfy, squeaky beds though), eat breakfast and go out. There's no amenities really, basic furniture, simple breakfast (same every day), could be... More

The hotel is VERY close/right at the beach, shops & supermarkets are close too. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had seaview although it wasn't booked. -> For a 2*-hotel it was a nice place to stay! :)

This place was a shambles from beginning to finish. We were staying in apartments owned by this hotel (if you would call it that). When we arrived bearing in mind it was 2:30am Spanish time the man on reception told us they didn't have room In apartments and that we were being moved to sa coma. So fair enough off... More

First and last 2* hotel or should i say hostel. Location is superb as is the resort but the hotel is dire. Staff were grumpy and generally unabliging. Room was very sparse and shabby only ‘cleaned‘ twice even then no new sheets or towels provided. No plugs in bath or sink, rust stains in toilet bath and bidet. When the... More
