Although just off a main road the parkland settting means that there is no noticible noise, we had a superior room with large balcony, unfortunately there are no chairs provided. The room was more like a suite with a seperate lounge area. There is a large well maintained grass area by the pool with plenty of loungers, the pool area itself required some... More

Room was fine, food was disappointing. Bread at dinner and breakfast was stale. Nowhere to walk as off dual carriageway and Teruel was closed to traffic. Reception staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Stayed in several Paradores and this, in our opinion, was not in the same league as we had come to expect.

The Parador Teruel is situated just outside the town in a very nice leafy setting. The reception staff at this hotel are just exceptional, offering a warm welcome, lots of help and advice on what to see in the region. Without their help we would never have discovered a beautiful place, just outside Albaraccin where there are walks through a... More

Quite a way out of town, situated just off a quite busy road. Arriving after a long hot motorcycle ride we just wanted to change and sit outside with a drink and relax but couldn't do it. There is a large pool area which was closed (safety of the children?) so we couldn't access that, there was an outdoor terraced... More

We we're glad of our sat nav to find this Parador situated in a nice old building in parkland at the edge of town. The place had an air of tranquility to return to after visiting the lovely historic town of Teruel. This was my first time here and I was very impressed with both the hotel and town. Our... More

This May my parents took me on a 10 day trip through Spain, staying mostly in Paradors. It was my first trip to Spain. I hadn't used Spanish high school (30 years ago) and my parent's Spanish was weaker than mine. My dad had become sick and by the time we reached Teruel we knew he needed to be seen... More

Like most paradors, this is a lovely building, large and in good condition. However, it is a kilometer or two outside of town so it is pretty quite. The service there was pretty typical of a parador as well... The town of Teruel is a real gem though and really worth seeing. Best to have dinner in town in any... More

The hotel is nice, clean, well maintained. Breakfast was included and the buffet was very good with a lot of variety. Staff seemed to be limited in numbers. If you are traveling by car you need to drive to find food on hours the restaurant and bar are closed here. Plenty of parking. Taxi to town for around 10 Euros.... More

The Parador at Teruel is a bit of a disappointment - we were used to staying in castles and converted monasteries! It is badly signposted so that didn't improve tempers and it's right on the main road and outside of the city. Staff were a bit grumpy and the whole place was a bit down in the dumps. The room... The double room and bathroom were fine. A quiet room as requested. The only bugbear was that the wifi connection just wouldn't work in the room, despite assurances from Reception. The restaurant was fine and enjoyed two good evening meals at the parador.
