We booked a night at this hotel based on recommendations by trip advisor contributors. The staff was very personable and helpful in checking us in and recommending different activities and local sights. The room had beautiful wood furnishing and details, the a/c was not overly efficient but it took care of the heat of the day. I had difficulty sleeping... More

We hired a villa for a week but stayed an extra three nights at the hotel villa frigiliana to experience the fiesta of san antonio. The hotel was really nice, spotlessly clean, maid service every day, nice and quiet swimming pool and a really good continental breakfast that had a massive range of food. The staff were excellent, friendly and... More

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend, and we have been extremely satisfied. We spent 3 nights, the minimum to really enjoy this magic place! We had a room with a beautiful view and a small terrasse.. And it was really wonderful. Walking distance from the center "square" and and main shopping street, the hotel is quite and... More

We stayed here in September for 7 nights. It is well situated and a mere stroll to the bus stop where you can go to Nerja a lively bustling town 10 minutes away for a Euro. A great base to enjoy this beautiful village. It is well worth upgrading to a superior room with a larger balcony to enjoy the... More

This hotel is much cheaper than many in the pricey tourist town of Frigiliana. It's large, a bit impersonal, but totally practical. The bed was ok, and the bathroom was fine, everything worked, and the balcony overlooking the valley was a nice extra. Breakfast was good - fresh and dried fruit, delicious ham, cereal etc. The staff speak English and... More

Very nice staff but ... The room was fine with views from the balcony towards the sea. The beds were firm and comfortable. However soggy towels were not changed and the (tiny) bar of soap wasn't replenished. One day the room was still unserviced when we returned in the late afternoon. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Juice and coffee were... More

Had a great one night stay here in a superior room. Our room was large, decorated tastefully in the traditional Andalus style with large windows/doors on two sides leading out onto a good size terrace. What was great for me was the blackout curtains as I can't sleep with any chinks of light. Air con worked very well and the... More
