Booked on Friday 6/101/09 flew on Monday 9/11/09 from Newcastle UK ,opted for hire car on arrival much cheaper than pre-bookable transfers(all booked through "You look you book") Everything on arrival was great, drive to hotel was easy, for the time of year the weather was superb ,checked prior to booking. Christmas was a complete disaster on the 19th the bar shut at 2130 christmas eve 2200 no special dinner on christmas day. No entertainment in the evenings at all. food very poor throughout our stay. the only saving grace was the Staff they were absolutely great top marks to everyone of them.
