We had a fantastic stay here at El Puntazo, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds were spotless and we had a fabulous sea view! Perfect! Would definitely recommend this hotel as a really nice 3 star hotel in a great location.

Just returned from 12 nights at the Puntazo. Very good hotel, excellent breakfast with good quality and great selection. Rooms a good size with great balcony and views. Only minor criticism would be the bar closes at 24.00 which seems a bit early in the holiday season. Good hotel, excellent value, friendly and professional staff.

For a 3 star accommodation you really can't get much better. The rooms and some of the public areas are a little dated but the friendly, helpful staff more than make up for that. There are two parts to this hotel and they are both pretty much the same. The location is perfect - across the road from the beach... More

I have been bringing a party of 40 or more bowlers from England to this hotel for the past ten years and all without exception are extremely happy with their stays here. It is a family run concern along with it's sister hotels, the Punta Del Cantal and the Virgen Del Mar all of which are in the same beach... More

We have just spemt 4 nights at the Puntazo after finalizing the completion of the sale of an appartment in Mojacar which we had owned for 12 years, so know Mojacar and the area very well. I chose to stay here, having walked past the hotel many times and always thought that it looked attractive, although I had never been... More

Our 7th year here and it never disappoints. We ask in advance for our favorite terrace room #310 which overlooks the gardens and the sea. It is a trek uphill with our bags, bit once settled in it feels like home. Lots of space to spread out. The rooms are simple, clean, and functional. We get half board and the... More

Just returned from 8 days stay in this hotel and our first time in Mojacar. The hotel was excellent value for money. Only had breakfast but plenty of choice. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and spacious. We ordered a picnic on our return as we had to leave for an early flight and could not believe the amount of food... More

I spent many hours trawling the internet looking for a good hotel in Mojacar & thanks to Tripadvisor,i came across some very good reviews for this hotel & it did not disappoint. While I have to admit the rooms here are quite basic, bed was comfortable ,room a good size, balcony a great size with table and chairs and dryer. AC in room was not noisy. The room was clean in fact spotless and staff friendly, you can tell a family run hotel. I did not eat in the resturant but looked fantastic for... More
