Just back from the the Solverde with my wife and 10 month old baby and had a really nice week. The staff are really helpful and courteous, the facilities really nice. If it's a quiet break your looking for I would really recomend the Solverde. We ate in Espinho a few days and some great fish restaurants at really reasonable... more

My husband and I have just had a 5 night stay at the Hotel Solverde and would like to warn fellow travellers about the construction noise at the Hotel. The hotel is renovating its spa and wellness centre (good on them...) and during weekdays there are hammering and drilling noises that reverberate throughout the hotel wing in which the spa... more

Hotel is excellent the staff are helpful rooms with sea view is a must , pools asauna steam and aromatherpy room is really nice and relaxing, shuttle bus runs 5 times a day , trains to centr of port are frequent monday to friday and outside the porto main station there is a hop on hop off red bus 10... more

The rooms in this hotel are very comfortable....advice is to request a sea view room as the views are spectacular and unspoilt.
