“Nice Hotel”

I spend one night in December and I enjoyed it. Attentive and nice staff, reasonable breakfast, good rooms (we got an upgrade to executive rooms). If I have to return no doubt I will stay there. More

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Villa Nova Gaia over the weekend 10-12 March 2006. As the previous reviewer said, the rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with refurbishment. “a long way out”

This is a very tired version of the Holiday Inn franchise. The rooms are larger than a standard Holiday Inn room but the furnishings were very dated. The hotel is a long way out from the centre of Porto - though do-able on public transport. It looks as though the tram network is moving closer to the hotel. Very good... More
